Prin-Guenon, ranked #1 in the world on the PKRA Speed Tour for most of the year sealed the deal with yet another win in Fueteventura, Canary Islands! With the win, he clinched the overall world championship using Naish Shockwave kites proving that the Shockwave is the fastest kite on the water!
Of the 11 runs that the competitors did in Fuerte, Prin-Guenon had the fastest speed in 7 of the runs, an amazing accomplishment in the strong and gusty winds of the island. His fastest run, that was also the fastest run in the beach's history was 40.75 knots on a Shockwave 9. His goal is to break the world kiteboarding speed record.
